Dial-Up supports ISDN Services.  For 2 x B channels (128kbps) just double the fee.  Please ask for support to see how it is possible to get true 64kbps or 128kbps for both downloads and uploads using a data-over-voice network card and the ISDN network.  This method means you can connect for the cost of a local call.  It is also possible to cap your phone bill no matter how many times you dial in.  This can simulate continuous connection.
